How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

No, there are no cancellation charges or fees.
Are you available on weekends?

We are available 24/7, which means that you can contact us at any time for fast assistance when you need it most. Weekend bookings fall under ourafter hours bookings, therefore, additional service fees apply for bookings made during the weekend.
What appointments fall under your "after hours" bookings?"

Our after hours bookings are any services that are scheduled Monday to Friday after 5:00 pm to 8:00 am (EST) and during the weekend from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments booked during these times are subject to additional service fees.
Why do I need to clean my dryer vent?

Dryer vents are the second leading cause of fires in homes. However, fires can be prevented with proper maintenance. Having your dryer exhaust vent regularly cleaned will reduce the risk of fire, reduce energy costs/utility bills, and reduce drying times.
Why should I have a licensed gas technician to get the job done?

Experts are experienced with hooking up various gas appliances. Gas lines must be installed by licensed technicians because if done incorrectly, installations can be hazardous to your family and your home.
What type of pool heater do you service?

We do repairs and maintenance on all makes and models of gas pool heaters.
Do you install smart thermostats as well?

We install all makes and models of thermostats. We are recognized by Google, Nest and Ecobee as preferred service professionals.
